Pinnacle

Pinnacle EMS is a premier, stretcher-based, ambulance transport provider headquartered in Newnan, GA. We proudly serve the Metro Atlanta area, with a focus in the South Fulton, Fayette, Coweta and Troup County regions. Launched in the Fall of 2016, Pinnacle EMS prides itself in offering what we call, "Purpose Driven Care" to our customers.

Pinnacle EMS exists to promote the overall health and well-being of its patients, while fulfilling their Non-Emergency Medical Transport needs. We strive to provide professional care that transcends the conventional patient-provider relationship, rather, we cultivate kinship-like bonds

Professional Staff

To ensure we are providing the most competent and compassionate service to our patients, all Pinnacle EMS team members are thoroughly vetted and continuously trained. Our Emergency Medical Technicians are all State of Georgia Licensed and nationally registry certified by the NREMT. In the event a patient becomes unstable, our EMT’s are trained to provide competent, life-saving skills to stabilize the patient until reaching the nearest hospital.

On-Time Trips

At Pinnacle EMS, we pride ourselves in consistently completing trips in a timely fashion. Since our inception, we have upheld our commitment to grow our organization with Trip/Time Management as priority. If we foresee that we will be late picking a patient up, we contact the parties involved to provide them with an apology along with an accurate and honest updated ETA. Currently, 96% of Pinnacle EMS’ transports arrive early or on-time. Although we know there is no such thing as perfection, we are committed to making certain that number continues to trend upward.
